The HW4-XTSS kit features an Xtreme pressure plate designed for the most demanding driver. ACT Xtreme pressure plates utilize an exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection, and maximize clutch life. All diaphragms undergo a four-stage, heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. ACT pressure plates feature precision cover stampings to provide rigidity and consistency. ACT's Performance street discs are the most popular discs purchased. They feature premium organic materials with high copper content for better heat transfer and steel-backed lining for greater burst strength and durability. These discs have reduced marcel for faster shift action to complement ACT pressure plates, offering quiet operation with increased strength and reliability.

It's well constructed but not OVER constructed - it is soft, comfortable to my neck and head - very packable and stays pretty cool - like the 'other side' of the pillow. Shape always fluffs back out. I think it's a great value at the price point it is at compared to other pillows in this range. Very very durable, like all Wise Owl products I own. Easily fits snugly into the bag, and can mold around you depending on how you want to adjust it. I don't use a sleeping pad, just this for my neck support and it really is worth every penny. Water resistance - I'm not sure as I've not had the opportunity to see it but I feel like with the material it is, water would probably bead off in light amounts.
