The 2” offset gives you a longer wheelbase, and a longer wheelbase boosts stability over hills and obstacles. It also gives you room for up to 32” tires without a lift. It’s a huge upgrade, and when you combine that with 1.5” of extra ground clearance, every rough ride gets smoother.
