Key Benefits

  • Includes B vitamins that contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
  • Delivers vitamin D, zinc, and vitamin C, which contribute to normal immune system function.

Core Pregnancy+ delivers a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals tailored for pregnancy and postnatal care. It contains folate, which contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, alongside iron, which contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. These nutrients play a key role during periods of increased nutritional demand.

The formula includes a full range of B vitamins, such as vitamin B6, B12, and niacin, which contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. With added iodine, it also supports normal thyroid function, while vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function.

It also contains zinc and vitamin C, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system, along with magnesium and other trace minerals to complement daily nutritional intake. Whole food extracts including ginger, beetroot, and cranberry are included as part of the formulation, alongside coenzyme Q10 and choline.

Designed for use from the second trimester onwards and during the postnatal period, this formula provides a structured approach to nutrient intake during key stages of motherhood.

Great interventions and Trauma Theory
Format: Paperback
This a great book if you work with victims of trauma and want to understand how different types of trauma can present and what interventions can be used (i.e urge surfing, cognitive restructuring, focus breathing, etc.). It also include a section about medications and what to address first in treatment. I think it’s great for new clinicians who may be looking for interventions to add to their clinical toolbox.

New to trauma therapy; loved the book
Format: Paperback
This book was required reading in my Trauma & Intervention class and I loved it so much that I kept it. It is easy to understand if you are new to trauma therapy (which I am). I refer to it fairly often and have absolutely put what I learned to good use. I truly believe this book helped make me a better therapist.
