Design Details:

The reverse features a detailed engraving of a beaver building its lodge along the riverbank tail raised and poised on a log surrounded by reeds and rippling water. The finely sculpted image captures the essence of this hard-working rodent in its natural habitat highlighting the textures of its fur and the wood it uses.



The obverse includes the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II along with the inscriptions œELIZABETH II  œD·G·REGINA  œ10 DOLLARS  and œ2017. 
