Tasting this wine is like sinking your teeth into a fresh berry compote with its full, juicy red berry fruits, very soft tannins and smooth finish. Chill it down to around 54-ish degrees on a warm day and you’ll find it goes great with mild cheeses, baked chicken or duck, grilled salmon or chilled flank steak salad.
