Mute are excited to announce the launch of a new campaign of Cabaret Voltaire releases, beginning with this release of 1974-76 on limited edition transparent orange vinyl in a gatefold sleeve and digital. 1974-76 is a selection of material recorded by Cabaret Voltaire during the earlier and formative years of their existence. All of the recordings were done in an attic 10 feet by 6, on a domestic reel to reel tape recorder. A number of the recordings included here were part of those which made up the now legendary limited edition cassette released by the band in 1976. These recordings feature all of the original Cabaret Voltaire members - Richard H Kirk, Stephen Mallinder, and Chris Watson. The group was named after the Zu¨rich nightclub that served as a centre for the early Dada movement. Cabaret Voltaire were one of the most innovative and influential electronic groups of their era. Their early work consisted mainly of experimentation with DIY electronics and tape machines, along with Dada influenced performance art. They helped to pioneer industrial music in the 1970s.

Picky dog approved!

I have wasted so much money on dog balls that they won't even pick up! They finally were obsessed with the Kong rubber green/blue or red/blue ones, but they're $3+. each, and they break from the dogs squishing it. I honestly had zero expectations on these, and they BOTH picked them up on the first throw! That's huge!!
Seem to work fine in the ChuckIt.
As for the squeaker, at first I was like "Oh nooooo." when they both loudly started! Much to my (and my neighbors') happiness, the squeakers stopped working after a couple minutes. 🤣

The squeeker isn't durable, but the balls themselves are.

I have two 70+lb, ball obsessed dogs (a field bred Golden Retriever, and an Old Time Scotch Collie), and these balls are living up to the abuse they're receiving.
In the fall we always lose a ball or two in the yard due to getting lost in leaves or longer grass, so I always try and buy a multi pack at the start of the season, so went with these this year. I'm glad I did. Great price for a 6 pack, they fit the medium Chuck-It launcher (a little loosely, but they throw just fine), have great bounce, they FLOAT (which means I didn't lose any at the beach), and they're super durable to the dreaded "mouth squish." The squeaker dies pretty quick, like, within a day, but it isn't the kind that can fall out or choke your dog, so no worries there.
The boys are happy, I'm happy, my wallet is happy - I've already ordered another pack.
