Evolution/ Science/ Darwin/ Biography Powerfully contradicting the stereotype of "survival of the fittest" and "selfish gene" Darwinism, this is the new third edition of pioneering evolutionary scientist David Loye's acclaimed reconstruction of Darwin's long ignored "fully human" completion for his theory of evolution. It shows how in page after page of Darwin's own original writing, Darwin makes the case for the primacy of love, moral sensitivity, mutual aid, and education as higher order drivers for human evolution. The new edition has been revised and updated with indexes tailored to the needs of an exceptionally wide range of readers--philosophers, theologians, teachers and students in all fields, as well as scientists and general readers looking for "an extremely important book with an easy and engaging style." In Part I: A Young Man's Bold Vision, we get to know Darwin in the critical months during which, in long unpublished private notebooks, he first wrote of what became the first part of his theory of evolution, for which he became famous, but also the revolutionary and still largely ignored completion for his theory. In Part II: An Old Man's Surprises, it's 30 years later. We follow Darwin as he writes of how, rather than being slaves of "original sin" or innately brutal, far more often than we're aware, we're driven by moral sensitivity. Of how, though selfish, we are also driven by love to transcend selfishness. Of how, though fiercely motivated to survive and prevail, we're also driven by a transcendent need to respect and care for the needs of others. Corroborated by scores of new studies, endorsed up front by leading American and European scientists, Darwin's Lost Theory shows how recognition of Darwin's moral-action completion for his theory could have changed the 20th century for the better--and can still help us save the 21st. Internationally known for his contribution to the development of the new field of evolutionary systems science, David Loye is the award-winning author and editor of six books on Darwin and evolution. New editions for Darwin's Lost Theory and Darwin in Love pave the way for Loye's forthcoming trilogy Darwin and the Battle for Human Survival (see www.davidloye.com). It’s a nice cotton material…not thin, just perfect. After washing, it also kept its shape.

Very well made Oxford casual shirts.
Size: X-Large, Color: Sky Blue
I've ordered 8 of these Button-down collared, long sleeved Oxford shirts in eight different colors. I'm 6', weigh 195. And have a 44" chest and fairly broad shoulders. The XL give me ample room, plenty of shirt tail to tuck in. And are well made. The shirts have a nice soft feeling to them. If you wash them with like items, and dry them likewise, taking them out before the cycle ends and hanging them. You won't have a single wrinkle. The shirts are true to color, and true to size if you follow the size guideline. These are not tailor fit, but regular fit shirts. Fabric quality seems very durable and well made. There is no smell when receiving the shirts. No more so than buying a shirt at a retail store. They do come in a vacuum bag. The shirts are a little heavier than a poplin shirt and can be worn year-round. These are great casual shirts for jeans and a sport coat, or slacks. I like the quality and the colors. I also like the thickness of the shirts. All of the shirts I've bought, black, blue, etc, have white buttons. Which makes them more of a casual shirt. But well worth the price.

Good Material Thickness and Comfortable
Size: XX-Large, Color: Blakc
I picked up the J.VER Men’s Oxford Shirt, and it turned out to be a solid choice. The seam quality is clean and consistent, with no loose threads or uneven stitching. The material thickness is right where it should be for an oxford. It feels sturdy without being stiff. There was no strong smell out of the package, which is always a plus. After a quick wash, it was ready to wear. The stretchiness is subtle but helpful. It gives the shirt some flexibility without changing the classic look. The softness surprised me. It feels comfortable on the skin and stays that way through the day. Overall comfort is great, whether you’re wearing it for work or a casual night out. A clean, comfortable shirt that fits well and looks good.

Size: 3X-Large, Color: White
The shirt fit great! True to size. Only issue for me, it would have been nice if it was longer to tuck in.
