On the palate this vintage is more balanced than previous vintages, giving a broader texture with red & black berry flavors without one dominating over another. The finish is strong, pleasantly mixed with a peppery spice and dry. This is a perfect accompaniment for meats on the grill including venison, wild boar or just a well made hamburger.
