Layers of figurative representation of a space combined with areas of pure gestural abstraction. The scale of this canvas is such that even though there is an obvious perspective and references to architectural city structures, when you are close to it all you see is the abstract movement of paint and ink. Wet into wet flowing strokes juxtaposed by impasto textures and marks. Travelling across the painterly surface mind starts to wander. Those steps with pealing paint on Paros where we waited for my sandals to be finished and watched the shoemakers confident hands cutting the leather; the colonnade in Paris and dancing with umbrellas; the ancient ruins in Chirali with those incredibly peaceful sunrises announced by cockerels.
The memories superimposed over the brushstrokes. I have a terrible memory so I don’t paint from memory, i paint from the loss of it and the abstraction of the image is what allows me to relive the precious little moments. If my work does that for anyone else I am happy.

Finally, comfortable underwear that don’t end up giving me a wedgie. I have a round booty and most cuts of underwear end up shifting as I walk and sit. The hem of the underwear comes right under my cheeks and the lightweight material ensures there’s no panty line and no shifting to where I don’t want them! I’m definitely purchasing more.

They’re fantastic!!!!

My clothing size is 16/18 and XL. Even though Amazon suggested a size XXL, I ordered my normal XL and they fit perfectly.
The fabric for this style is 92% bamboo viscose and is amazingly soft and almost silky feeling. I had ordered a different boy short in this brand but they were 80% bamboo viscose and the fabric was significantly heavier. I returned those and ordered these.

Nicer than I thought they’d be!

Love these!!! I bought a size larger than I usually do and they fit great, so they might run small, dunno for sure. They are comfortable, don’t slide down, and are soft. The spandex is nice, so they are stretchy and wash better than 100% cotton. Oh, and no saggy bottom!
