Detroit Love present the inaugural release on their newly founded eponymous imprint - a collaborative venture from Planet E and !K7 which aims to capture the essence of Carl Craig's superb event series of the same name. Detroit Love Vol. 1, mixed by Stacey Pullen, is a sixteen-track journey that exemplifies the diversity of the city, as well as the essence of the parties, championing both lesser known artists and familiar faces into a 74-minute mix. As a long-time resident of the party and native of the city itself, Stacey Pullen was the natural choice to launch the label. Since emerging as part of the "second wave" of Detroit techno, his heartfelt and unpredictable sets have sustained him a packed touring schedule the year round. With acclaimed mixes on Fabric (FABRIC 027CD, 2004), 20:20 Vision (2009), and Balance Music (BAL 016CD, 20015), his experimental mixing style and encyclopedic music knowledge cement his status as a true innovator in the scene. Combining artists new and old, local and international, the first mix of the series is a heady voyage into the Detroit spirit. Stacey adds: "I wanted to showcase the versatility of music from Detroit, whether it be a Detroit label or Detroit artist, the connection is there for you to grasp." His track selection predominantly represents Detroit, but also details it's influence on European aesthetics, bridging the transatlantic gap. Firm favorites like Marcellus Pittman, Motor City Drum Ensemble, Delano Smith, Patrice Scott, DJ 3000, and Soulphiction all feature alongside local heroes like composer Craig Sherrad, Teknotica Records label boss Gary Martin, and Ataxia. Atmospheric groove-driven tracks like Philpot Records label boss Soulphiction's "Ann Arbor" and Craig Sherrad's "The Fader" are offset against organic, jazzy cuts like Marcellus Pittman's glistening take on Motor City Drum Ensemble's "Raw Cuts" and MOTUO's "Purple Pulse". Minimal entries like Sawlin's mind-altering "Wired Evening" on Delsin and Remote Viewing Party's "410" show the trippy side of the Detroit sound, with the mix ending on scene veteran Patrice Scott's aptly named "Detroit State Of Mind". CD version features: Cage & Aviary, Soulphiction, Craig Sherrad, Remote Viewing Party, Delano Smith, Motor City Drum Ensemble, Marcellus Pittman, Burning Bridges, Gary Martin, Ken Young, Ataxia, DJ 3000, Sawlin, Chicola, MOTUO, and Patrice Scott.

Best price for better tasting coffee
Color: Silver
I am a coffee snob. I only get beans. I have been using a magic bullet blender to grind, which actually does extremely well, but the grind wasn't quite even enough. So I found the cheapest, ok quality grinder I could and bought this one. I absolutely love it. It take a while to grind, and it only does a little at once, but whatever. This thing works great and my grounds are now even. The burrs seem to be of decent quality and the whole device works smoothly.

Mixes my protein shake powder
Color: Blue
My husband and I both drink protein shakes daily. We have vortex mixers that work great, but they are plastic and getting old, and really needed to be replaced.
In an effort to reduce microplastics in our lives, I am trying to use less plastic mixing cups. I couldn't find anything small enough (other than regular blenders) with glass and metal parts that would work well for us.
During my search on here, several frothers showed up. This one caught my eye because of the amount of sales, quick delivery, and of course, decent pricing. Some of the reviews had me a little skeptical, and time will tell regarding the longevity, but so far I am pleased.
My protein powders are on the heavy side, but this little frother really gets the job done. Instead of having to use separate mixing cups (saving me on dishwashing), I just use my morning coffee cup (it's big enough) to mix my protein shake in. My husband just uses a regular glass.
Neither of us can believe the power this little thing has. We are getting smooth shakes!
Here is what I really like about it: It is powerful and mixes well; the frother is metal and not plastic; it cleans extremely easy; after making several shakes the battery has not died; can be used in glasses, coffee cups, even disposable cups (when we buy donut shop coffee); and I love the little stand which takes up barely any counter space. Less plastic, less clean-up, dependable (so far), and small, making it convenient even for travel.
I'm really glad I got this, and hope it will last. One last thing, do not turn it on while cleaning under running water. (Yes, you can laugh.)

Powerful frother with a long rechargeable battery life
Color: Black
After purchasing three of the battery operated frothers. I finally found this amazing frother. It is very powerful so you do have to be careful not to slosh liquid out of your cup when you’re using it. But I have found it helps if you rotate the frother in a stirring motion while you are using it. That really helps keep the liquid from overflowing out of the cup. It has a sleek design and is rechargeable and the charge less about two weeks.I love this one so much. I take it with me when I travel. I actually left my original one at my mother’s house the last time I visited her and have ordered another one for my house. Highly recommend.

Great Power and Creamy Foam
Color: White
This frother is amazing and has really good power. It creates creamy, smooth foam in seconds and works perfectly for iced lattes, cappuccinos, and matcha. I love that it’s rechargeable and lightweight, but still feels strong and high quality.
As someone who loves coffee, this has become one of my favorite tools for making café-style drinks at home. Easy to use, easy to clean, and looks beautiful on my coffee station.

Powerful easy to operate but splashes
Color: Black
Excellent frother--Very powerful and easy to turn on/off with one button. The only downside is it requires a deep container in which to froth. The frothing pitcher I had was too small and milk splashes everywhere. There is no lower speed so it works fast. I am using a deep insulated container now for frothing. Otherwise, very quite, easy to operate no pushing down on the top like other frother wands. I love it as long as I can control it to limit the splashing.
