The Toyota Corolla/Sprinter, beloved as a world-class mass-produced car. The sports models with DOHC 4AGE engines have been treated as a special category, known as Levin/Trueno. However, with the introduction of the AE85/86 series in 1983, the Levin/Trueno names evolved to encompass both 2-door and 3-door body shapes.
The AE85/86 series, sold until 1987, remains extremely popular as the last FR (Front-Engine Rear-Wheel-Drive) model. Following the release of the early model from June 2023, TLV-NEO is now producing the later model.
The later model, after the minor change in 1985, features changes to the front grille, bumper, and taillights. Opting for the sports package adds a rear spoiler, side mudguards, and other elements, significantly altering the appearance. This release showcases the top model GT-APEX of the AE86 with the sports package in two color variations.
The rear spoiler is a user-installable part.
