Rain Bird 12SA-RVAN Mini Rotary Pop-Up Spray, Hand Adjustable 45° - 270° Pattern, 13' - 18' Spray Distance, 4" Pop-up Height. The Rain Bird 22SA-RVAN mini rotary sprinkler combines uniform watering efficiency with the simplicity and accuracy of no-tools hand adjustment from 45° to 270° patterns. This versatile sprinkler applies multi-stream, water-saving coverage in more areas of your lawn: in narrow or wide corners, along curved walkways, even in outside corners. Easy to adjust by hand: to set spray pattern (arc) anywhere from 45° to 270° simply push down on the top of the nozzle and twist; to adjust spray distance turn the nozzle's side dial. No other multi-stream rotor is so easy to fine tune; keeping water on the grass or garden not on buildings, sidewalks or driveways. A remarkably low precipitation rate of 0.6 inches per hour reduces water use up to 30% over traditional pop-up sprinklers. The secret is in the nozzle's visually-appealing, rotary multi-stream action. The water delivery is gentle enough for newly seeded areas yet covers more area than standard pop-up sprays. Water and nutrients penetrate the soil, saving water and money and helping maintain a healthy landscape. Ideal for slopes and hillsides the nozzle's highly-efficient water delivery reduces soil erosion and runoff. The extended 18’ spray distance covers more area with fewer heads per zone to reduce system complexity and cost. The 12SA’s nozzle produces larger water droplets than traditional pop-up sprinklers to resist wasteful windblown overspray. It’s engineered to operate at lower pressure while still delivering precise even coverage; a perfect solution if you experience low water pressure. Other operating features include: a 4” pop-up height to clear taller grass; a protected closed-case design that makes it ideal for "creeping" grasses, sandy soil and other harsh surroundings; and a water-lubricated rotating stream operation that's quiet and maintenance-free.
