The GVS-RPB Radex Airline Filter is an industrial compressed air filtration unit for use in breathing air systems for blasting operations and other demanding industrial applications. The filter system is installed between the compressor and the user and provides stable filtration at higher air flows and for multiple users.

The Radex is equipped with a 6-stage filter cartridge that removes solid and liquid particles as well as oil aerosols from the compressed air stream down to 0.5 micron. In addition, the filter system helps reduce odours in the air supply. Depending on the configuration, the unit supports air flows from 340 to 2265 l/min and is available in versions with 2 or 6 outlets.

With a 1" NPT main inlet, integrated pressure regulation up to a maximum of 8.6 bar, and over-pressure protection at 10 bar, the Radex is designed for stable operation in fixed installations. The unit is fitted with a moisture drain and a manual drain valve.

The Radex does not remove carbon monoxide or toxic gases and must therefore be used only within a controlled breathing air system with appropriate monitoring.
