For someone who wants to chant the Office but doesnÕt want anything too difficult, these chants are ideal. Each volume is set out in the traditional ÒBreviaryÓ format of each dayÕs psalms and canticles being together in one place, rather than the BCP format of the psalms given in a block and having to be found for each day.
Psalms have antiphons and psalm prayers, and there is a comprehensive Proper of Saints giving all the Red and Black letter days from the BCP and the lesser feasts from the Revised Lesser Feasts and Fasts 2018 books. Also, Commons for the various categories of Saints are given. Each volume contains a listing of the readings for Morning and Evening prayer according to the BCP for the period covered, so a Bible is needed well!

Volume 1 covers the period from the First Sunday of Advent to the Baptism of the Lord.
