The interlayer can be utilized for high-temperature reactions (up to 300℃) as well as low-temperature reactions (down to -80℃). It also supports evacuated negative pressure reactions, enhancing the safety and convenience of experiments.

The double-layer glass reactor leverages its dual-layer construction effectively. Reaction materials, including solvents, are placed in the middle layer and stirred under normal or negative pressure conditions. The interlayer accommodates a constant temperature solution, either heating or cooling the materials within the reactor at a consistent temperature while providing necessary agitation. This setup facilitates cyclic reactions through the stirring of mediums such as refrigerating liquids, heating water, or oil, making it highly suitable for modern biochemical synthesis and new material experiments.

Different circulating liquids (hot water/hot oil/refrigerated liquid) can flow into the interlayer of the glass reactor. Within the sealed glass container, reactants undergo mixing and reflection under normal or negative pressure, with the transparent design allowing for clear observation of the reaction process. This makes the reactor an ideal pilot plant for biopharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, and novel material synthesis.
