Opping a year that catapulted the band onto stages shared with the likes of The Cure and Placebo, Nótt eftir nótt is Kælan Mikla at their most confident, and their most deadly. It's been five years since Margrét Rósa, Laufey Soffia, and Sólveig Matthildur formed the band in Reykjavik, and after several tours and high-profiles stages, as well as two critically-acclaimed albums, Kælan Mikla has truly brought their A-game. Starting off quietly with a creepy, gothed-out and ethereal intro, Nótt eftir nótt erupts with post-punk brilliance and synthlines that harken back to the bad old days of the Batcave, big hair, and Egyptian-inspired eye-liner. Tracks like the melancholy "Hvernig kemst ég upp?" are wonderfully delightful, while the band goes for the big goth dance number on "Skuggadans," succeeding with glorious ease. Near the end of Nótt eftir nótt, when you've already ingested a healthy dose of Diamanda Galas meets The Birthday Party, the title track, produced by popular Icelandic electronic wizard Bang Gang, is basically perfect. Hot on the heels of shows at Roadburn, Meltdown, and The Cure's 40th Anniversary, as well as a Fall tour supporting King Dude, Kælan Mikla are set to take their place as one of darkest aural poets on the world stage. Toronto-based Artoffact Records will release Nótt eftir nótt on CD, vinyl, and digital formats this Fall.

Magnificent! Absolutely magnificent! I never thought I would enjoy them this much. I was such a mess before these came into my life. So soft and supple yet thick and tough. I can't get enough! If only I knew of these before my wife left me. The power and respect they would have demanded! I imagine her falling to her knees on the floor with it in hand while looking up at me. Her hand gripping and sliding back and forth taking care of the spill before me as she thanks me for giving it to her. You'll keep coming back for more!

High Quality Paper Towels That Actually Last

These are easily some of the best paper towels we’ve used. The cloth-like feel makes a noticeable difference right away. They’re soft but still very strong, and they hold up well even when wet without tearing apart.
Absorbency is excellent, so you don’t need to use multiple sheets to clean up a mess. One sheet usually gets the job done, which makes them more efficient than most standard options. They’re also thick enough to handle tougher cleaning without falling apart.
Overall, great quality and very reliable. The whole family uses them, and they’ve held up well for everything we need.

Best paper towel ever - honestly they don’t feel like paper, they’re soft almost like an actual towel. These are the best for wiping my kids faces and hands because they’re soft and don’t fall apart. Also great for pets because I can scrub my carpet when my dog has an accident and the paper towel does not shred. 10/10 recommend these. They also don’t unravel and fling all over the place so I like to have a roll by my back door for the dogs paws, super convenient. The roll kind of sticks to itself so it stays tidy.

These are hands down the best paper towels I have ever used. If you haven’t tried them yet, you absolutely should. The reason I say these are the best paper towels is because they are more like a cloth than actual paper. If you're doing something larger like cleaning the kitchen sinks you can usually get by with just one. You can wet it down, ring it out and continue working. When it's time to dry, these soak up so much more liquid than any other towel... It's crazy! They are a bit on the expensive side, but you'll use so fewer towels that it makes up the difference.
