Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse GRAlpha and Avidin Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively

The Mouse GRAlpha (Glucocorticoid Receptor Alpha) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse GRAlpha. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse GRAlpha and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse GRAlpha, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Mouse GRAlpha. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse GRAlpha in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

This product is the real deal.

OMG. This is the best skin care product I have ever used. I'm 61 years old and my skin was showing sun damage, dark circles, real wrinkles around my eyes, lips, and forehead. Basically, I was looking every bit of my 61 years. About 30 days ago I started using this organic beef tallow with raw honey moisturizer in conjunction with a product to clear the pores on my nose. (That's a different review.) I will never go back to the 5, costly products I was using. I was using a daytime moisturizer with SPF, a dark circle cream, a dark spot remover, a fine line product, and a night time resurfacing cream before trying this product. That was a couple hundred dollars every 5 weeks or so. Since starting this beef tallow and raw honey 30 days ago, my skin looks 10 times better. It's dewy but not greasy. My makeup looks good ALL day. My wrinkles are less noticeable and, I think, reduced in depth. My under eyes look so good. No more concealer under my foundation. In fact, I can go out and about with no makeup now! This product glides on easily, no dragging or pulling. It never feels greasy. And it only takes about a marble sized amount for my full face, neck, and decolletage. I use it morning and at night. So far, the little jar is still 3/4 full. Amazing product. I will be buying more for sure. Oh, one more thing. About 2.5 years ago, I had to have a mass removed from the left side of my neck. The scar was very noticeable. This cream is even improving that! Try it. See if I'm wrong!
