The slope of the Vaudevey vineyard is said to produce Chablis for true Chablis lovers. The cool terroir and rocky topsoil produce a wine with pronounced minerality and a lively character, prized for its finesse. This wine received a score of 91 points from Master of Wine Tim Atkin

The grape bunches are sorted at the entrance to the cellar before being placed in a pneumatic press. Qualitative pressing at low pressure with separation of juices and selection of press cores only. Grape-friendly process for gentle extraction of the noblest aromatic compounds. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in French oak barrels (15%) in the historic Obédiencerie cellars in the heart of Chablis and in stainless steel vats on fine lees (85%).
