Installation Instructions:

The instructions are based from the installation image guide, which can be viewed in the pictures section for this product. These are the basic instructions to give you a better idea of what needs to be done to install this dance pole:

Figure 1: Use a stud finder to pinpoint a ceiling joist. Make sure you're installing the pole on a flat ceiling surface. Place the mounting bracket on the ceiling where the joist is and screw it in with the four provided screws. Put the washers on the screws first before you insert the screws. Use a screwdriver or power drill to secure the mounting plate.

Figure 2: Twist the steel tubes together until secured. The gray rubber slider should be facing the ceiling while the rubber stopper is turned toward the ground.

Figure 3: Place side of the pole with the rubber slider in the opening of the mounting bracket. Twist the pole clockwise to lock it in place. You can adjust the pole at this time.

Figure 4: Twist the pole clockwise until the the rubber stopper on the end secures to the ground completely. Every time you twist the pole, it will extend and provide more stability. When the pole stops twisting and can't be extended anymore, the dance pole is ready to use. The pole should be symmetrically perpendicular to the floor. Please test the stability before using.
