Olindo Records present Loé Loá, a landmark album in Afro-Venezuelan music, on vinyl for the first time. Originally released in 2017 on CD and digital formats, Loé Loá gained critical acclaim in North America and Europe from the likes of NPR, The New York Times, and Songlines. Most of the music on the album is in the style of Parranda, a traditional Venezuelan genre that literally translates into party. However, not every song is about joy and celebration as the band often sing about many of the most painful topics of daily life in Venezuela, as prevalent in 2019 as they were in 2017 when originally released: hunger, poverty, and shortages of basic medicine. The entire album was recorded out in the open in Betsayda Machado's home town of El Clavo in Barlovento, a region in the central Caribbean coast of Venezuela known for it's cacao plantations and African heritage. It features 17 singers and 12 percussionists compared to the hundred or so that might be part of a real-life celebration. Yet the spirit, one of defiant survival and sheer joy, resounds the moment they strike the drum or sing the first note. Produced by Juan Souki; Recorded by Dario Peñaloza and Javier Aponte.

Great Keyboard Case!

Bought this for the wife for Mother’s Day since she needed a new keyboard and case. She used my old Magic Keyboard but constantly was tired of taking her iPad off, just to rotate it. Bought this and she loves it. Very durable, even with our 2 year old playing with it. Keyboard is bright and is good to use.
Just a Bluetooth keyboard setup and it’s all good to go! Definitely great value for the money and something highly recommended for those with an iPad Air or Pro.

Super cute and soft!

I really like this case. I was surprised by how soft it is! It arrived in perfect condition (just like the photos), no smell, keyboard worked. I followed the sellers instructions to charge before use. I gave it one less star because personally don’t care about the keyboard, it’s a little on the slower side when using the mousepad or typing. I didn’t have any issues with connecting. It was an easy setup. I’d suggest you spend the money for a laptop or a true keyboard if you need it. This is more for looks. If it wasn’t for the quality of the case, I’d probably return.

Good protection for my ipad

Flap to close is magnetic, so it stays closed. Has a spot for the open for the ipad. Keyboard is a handy feature to have, and love that it lights up.

Case quality is great, but keyboard is disappointing
Color: Mulberry
The quality of the case is really great. Plum color is beautiful. However, the keyboard is not the best quality. The keys are not sensitive enough and you can easily misspell words if you don’t click a key hard enough. The trackpad shortcuts are cool but inconvenient since you can turn off the shortcuts. You can turn off the trackpad but that just doesn’t work for me.
