(This gives the plan a more sturdy finish. We recommend this option if your plan is to be rested on an easel, especially if you're ordering an A2 or A1 size plan.)

Outboard is Cooling
The repair kit arrived on time as scheduled. The kit contained everything needed to replace the Mercury 175 OptiMax impeller. The engine is cooling now and we are back on the water without issue. Easy replacement.

Very nice high quality. Somebody tried to tell me this was aluminum strands. But after test sanding an exposed end, I could see copper color. I believe the confusion is they are individually tinned strands? 🤷 Just sayin...
