Cooking a steak of this quality can be scary, but we'll walk you through it! Here are the basics: It can be grilled, reverse-seared in the cast iron, or slow-cooked over rolling smoke. Make sure to use a meat thermometer and cook it to an internal temperature of 130 degrees.  Experience eating beef in a way you never have before with this giant, perfect medium rare steak!
