Four sturdy aluminium legs support the chair itself, which is made from a beautiful rope weave, just like the Luxe lounge chair in the same collection – only with a thinner rope weave. Even though it may look like indoor furniture, the tactile, soft rope is made from waterproof olefin fibres which are made to withstand the British weather, come rain or shine. The rope has a thick rubber core and, after a downpour, has a very quick drying time, needing only around 30 minutes in the sunshine. Like all products in the Cordial range, this comfortable armchair comes with a five year limited warranty – the aluminium frame has five year warranty, the olefin rope has five year warranty and the cushions (which come in 2 beautiful shades) have two year warranty.
