Classic Instruments Hot Rod Package

The Hot Rod Package for 1973-1987 Chevy Truck LS Sending Units

The Hot Rod 1973-87 Chevy/GMC direct-fit cluster features a speedometer and tachometer, and fuel, oil, temperature, and volt gauges in our timeless Hot Rod series. The all-electric cluster arrives ready to install directly into the stock dash of 73-87 trucks, Suburbans, and Blazers, with ease. Simply replace the factory connector with the new connector included in the kit. It is designed to re-use the factory dash bezel and gear indicator to maintain the nostalgic integrity of the vehicle and features an injection-molded light blue housing for a factory appearance. Additionally, the turn signals are in the stock location and it is designed so that light reaches the gear indicator. Everything needed to install the package is provided in the kit including a new lens and all necessary sending units. It features our ZST and works directly with ECM or VSS signals requiring no additional control boxes. The cluster is designed to reuse the stock fuel-sending unit or any aftermarket fuel sender (purchased separately) with the built-in ohm range selector switch. Whether you want to freshen up your stock look or call us for customizations to make it your very own, our 1973-87 Chevy/GMC direct-fit cluster offers the perfect seamless installation you desire. NOTE: If you are planning on using a factory GM ECM from an 85-87 TBI truck, please contact our tech line before ordering.

Features:

  • LED lighting with built-in LED dimmer, and molded light intensifier ring for bright, even lighting. Brightness of the LEDs can be adjusted with a potentiometer on the back of the cluster
  • Turn signal indicators in the left and right sides of cluster, green LEDs
  • High beam indicator hidden at the top of the tachometer, red LED HaloTM

Needs to be more concise to weed out extraneous crap in your arguments
Format: Paperback
It’s very wordy and could be a lot more concise and be even more effective. “Getting to maybe” is not an exercise in dissertations but finding the right points to create an effective argument. There are better resources out there.

This book made me angry
Format: Paperback
I was excited about this book. Many law-related blogs and forums highly recommended this book. It's a "must read" for law students, they said. I was angry when I read the introduction. I was angrier when I began reading the chapters. What happened to brevity? Law students are already swamped with course readings. Why write a book intended to be read by law students in such a long and voluminous way? Much of the text can be removed. "Get to the point," I found myself telling the author as I read page after page. I hated it. It is the rare law student who will pick up this book for its narrative value. The typical law student will pick this book for its value on navigating through law school exams, not for its story-telling. Yet that student will be left disappointed. I wish the author would have considered writing a "Get to the Point" book, which would serve as a shorter version of 'Getting to Maybe.' Perhaps it is not too late. "Get to the Point" could serve as an alternative or accompanying version, maybe? I ask that the author considers this.

Great overview!
Format: Paperback
Well worth the price for basic overview of Employment Law. Wish there was more information on co-employment risk.
