品牌故事

做給家人吃的醬油

位於新竹縣關西鎮的李日興,原從事經營樂器販賣與維修工作.並致力於提琴製作，已有二十餘年.且在西元2008年榮獲台灣工藝競賽的入選獎。後因母親每週需洗腎，常食用醬類食品，於是老闆娘有了自己做醬油的想法。

李老板到處請教客庄老一輩的古早製作方式、並上網尋找有關資料，開始以小甕試作，經過兩.三年不斷嘗試，終於找到最好製作方法，做給家人。

從2000年迄今，與元培醫事科技大學簽約，成為產學技術合作的廠商，以提升產品品質。並與竹北市農會黑豆產銷班契作，由農糧署輔導下通過《ISO22000》、《HACCP》，且醬油系列產品皆通過《農產品加工產銷履歷》驗證。

商品推廣過程中，常遇到年長客戶，當看到本公司所推出之古早味黑豆蔭油都雀躍不已，並說已幾十年未曾聞到有此濃郁豆味的傳統醬油，顧客的鼓勵下，為推廣純釀造的醬油工藝，讓顧客體驗DIY自己動手釀造醬油，讓大家認識傳統製作絕無添加化學原料的真正的黑豆醬油。

本產品採用原料為與竹北黑豆產銷班契作之台灣黑豆，乃依循自然法則，忠於原色原味，循古法傳統釀造，將黑豆洗滌蒸煮後，加入麴菌發酵七天，拌鹽再放入陶甕中，經過太陽曝曬慢慢發酵180天再取出。以不添加任何化學調味品、色素、防腐劑、調製而成特有的風味-香醇甘甜，色澤呈現出剔透之琥珀色，這就是所謂的天然釀造之「黑豆醬油」，也是現今醬油中的極品。本產品已通過農產品產銷履歷驗證，可以追朔產品來源及製成，安心食用。

全台獨特的黑豆仙草獨特的黑豆仙草醬油，是以仙草的故鄉-關西在地所生產的仙草做為成分之一。關西的仙草無熱量、清涼退火，時常被作為消暑的食品。黑豆仙草醬油則以契作黑豆釀造180天取出，與關西仙草熬製而成，成為多層次香醇甘甜的醬油更添加了清新的仙草獨特風味。本產品已通過農產品產銷履歷驗證，可以追朔產品來源及製成，安心食用。

本產品採用原料為與竹北市黑豆產銷班.契作台灣黑豆，乃遵循古法日曝180天以上，利用新竹縣關西鎮的好山好水，以台灣黑豆加工製成，完全純手工釀製的黑豆醬油，與新竹縣內菇場菇農所種的巴西蘑菇.烘乾淬取與釀造黑豆精製，且完全不添加任何化學添加物的天然醬油

So I will say I enjoyed the story, for sure had its moments where it dragged but it was a great story. I really liked that omegas picked their alphas/make the pack. Normally the Alphas make it and the omega fits in with them which is great but I enjoyed this new version where all the power basically went to the omega. It was a nice change of pace. I can admit some of the weird bedroom stuff with her being pregnant was odd, it’s really not hard to do stuff when pregnant (I know I’ve had two and it’s normal and even encouraged at the end especially if you want the baby out). But I like the story as a whole and will read the second, I do hope the next one isn’t dragged bc it stopped being action or tense after she met her alphas and I don’t think it was brought up or properly done when they tried to do it. More sweet after she left.

I’m a little disappointed.

I usually like Jillian West’s books but this one was missing a lot for me. The pregnancy didn’t come across as real. She’s on her feet for 12 hour days but is perfectly healthy at 8 months pregnant? Yet the week she moves in all of a sudden she’s not? She is planning on actually running during one of the plot buildups. But at 8 months pregnant that’s incredibly hard to do. The lack of breathing ability and lung space, the change in body center, mass, and gravity. All of it prohibits running, unless you’re an athlete this didn’t come off as at all realistic. I didn’t feel any connection with the alphas. There wasn’t any emotional connection. It could be because of the tense it was written in. But I didn’t get any deep feelings out of this. It came across as checking off boxes. Even the spicy scenes weren’t really believable for me. I wanted to see them fall for her, and it just kind of all fizzled. Even Bishop. One thing I did really like was the ending. I did not see it coming and I’m interested in reading book two because of it. But on the whole this book was mostly disappointing for me.

One night, bishop was paying to watch her sleep and ansthe creepy regular Andrew break in and watch her sleep he tells vale to come to him at his business now. She flees and finds herself at a large security company with some.hot of alphas who are there to help her. This imegaverse is a little different than I have read, but I am thoroughly enjoying it. Vale is not a traditional omega she was raised by a single beta mom, and the alphas are not normal alphas they have never really loved pack life. But they are ruthless mercenaries. They need her, and she needs them. I love the aspect of the stalker and now the plot twists at the end, so so good. Sometimes, it seemed a little slow and stale mated, but since this a duet, I think It was just her starting to have Vale get to know her alpha suitors. Cliffhanger for sure with this one.
