Macerated with layers of whole bunch grapes (not separated from the stem) alternating with layers of grapes berries separated from their stems (hence the name "Millefeuilles", a multi-layered French pastry), this cuvée from 2011 offers an intense body with pockets of lightness, creating an interesting choregraphy in the mouth and a rich gustatory experience.
