Twelve inch vinyl repressing of this 1979 EP from the Bay Area Avant-Garde band. Founded by Steven Brown and Blaine Reininger in San Francisco, Tuxedo moon are a futuristic alternate reality of delirium and existential dread. Scream with a View, recorded surreptitiously in the Residents' private studio in 1979, advances brilliant melodic concepts through analog technology for a sound barely comprehensible today. On 'Where Interests Lie,' punchy drum machine underlies barbed and eerie leads from guitarist Michael Belfer (The Sleepers). '(Special Treatment for the) Family Man' - a reference to Dan White's trial for the assassination of San Francisco's mayor George Moscone and supervisor Harvey Milk in 1978 - is an indignant vigil cut with a rare brand of macabre humor. Saxophone, Polymoog, violin, e-bowed guitar, and CB radio interference make Scream with a View the insidious foil to the urgent No Tears EP.

Light weight but solid floating shelf

Having looked around at brick and mortar stores around me locally I had a really hard to find one that was long enough to fit my wall.
Glad I was able to find the Balucci floating shelf 48'. As a collector or toys and memorabilia from my travels I wanted something in my room that could hold a substantial amount of small toys and items. Installing was very easy pretty much securing the base with the hardware provided. And securing the base to the shelf itself.
I'm very happy with the quality and also the strength of the shelf. Even with a good tug it was very tight. Maybe some longer screws would be more secure but I think the ones provided were good enough.

Kind of on the smaller side but for the price it’s just fine. Easy to install with just a screw driver if you can miss a stud, else you’ll need a drill. Strong enough to hold what a normal person would put on a shelf that size. No worries and it looks great
