The Long Run is the sixth studio album by the American rock group The Eagles, it was released in 1979, on Asylum in the United States and in the United Kingdom. This was the first Eagles album not to feature their founding member, Randy Meisner who was replaced by Timothy B. Schmit. This was the last studio album until 2007's Long Road Out of Eden (though four studio tracks were included on 1994's Hell Freezes Over) and the final studio album for Asylum Records. When released in September 1979, The Long Run debuted at #2 on Billboard's Pop Albums chart and a week later hit #1 dethroning Led Zeppelin's In Through the Out Door. It was their last #1 album of the 1970s, and reigned for eight weeks in the #1 slot. The Long Run has sold more than seven million copies to date in the U.S. (it was certified Gold and Platinum in early 1980 by the R.I.A.A.). The album generated three Top 10 singles, the chart-topping rocker "Heartache Tonight", the album's title cut, and the ballad "I Can't Tell You Why". Those singles reached #1, #8 and #8 respectively. The band also won a Grammy Award for "Heartache Tonight". Also featured on the record was "In the City", a song first recorded by their guitarist Joe Walsh for the movie soundtrack for The Warriors. "The Sad Cafe" (about the band's experiences at The Troubadour in Los Angeles) and "Those Shoes" also received substantial radio airplay.

As advertised. Logitech, best mouse for your hard-earned cheddar!
It’s not that the (years) old Logitech mouse failed in any operational way, it just got that gummy, sticky surface texture that’s impossible to remove. While shopping for a replacement I noticed an off-brand mouse/keyboard combo and thought, “hey, 2 for 1”…mistake. All was well for about three weeks, long enough that when the gremlins arrived I didn’t immediately associate the new hardware. For the purposes of this discussion, gentle reader, know that I run legacy (what I affectionately refer to as, “Lazarus”) builds. Rigs that started life running Windows Vista/7, died, and that now, resurrected, run 10 and 11, and all that that implies. So, when a mouse started stuttering, of course I thought it was a gremlin in the machine, right? I spent more days than I am comfortable sharing with you pouring over processes and background apps, and registry trims…before Accam’s Razor suggested I eliminate the mouse as a variable. Changing the battery was ineffective, but when I swapped in the ooold Logitech…Yahtzee/Bingo/Booyah…smooth and precise…butter! All I needed was a new Logitech mouse.
So, if you’re here you likely are having mouse issues of your own, or you just need one that works…this is it!

It's a good working mouse but it's loud clicking and a little small.

I thought I was getting a quite clicking mouse but this is not it. I may have misunderstood the description or confused this mouse with another while researching. It's not a five star for me because it clicks loud and it's small and too easy to accidentally click one of the buttons when you don't want it clicked. The accidental clicking happened a lot and was becoming frustrating. As a working mouse, it does its job and it's reliable. Overall, I like the appearance of it and it feels nice and grips good. I think the price is reasonable for this product. I ended up getting a quite mouse to replace this one, but I am keeping it as a backup.
