Lisa Rae began writing The Adventures of Bubbles and Boo when her son was accepted into college. Her passion has always been to write children’s stories, despite her completely different career field, because they are lighthearted and allow her to express her creativity. She is a kid at heart.

Initially when I filed the claim online, I was erroneously informed to contact the manufacturer because I was still under their warranty. I learned that I was not. It’s for this reason they got 4 stars instead of 5. I had to call and explain to Assurion. Once I did that they honored the extended warranty with no complications. I just had to return the defective device to them, they provided all prepaid UPS slip and I took it to UPS. They sent an Amazon gift card (via email) less than 48 hours after my UPS drop off.
