MegaMag® Energen Plus (Raspberry) is a magnesium-based powder formulated with magnesium glycinate, providing 200 mg per serving. It contains vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12, which contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also includes vitamin C, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and normal function of the immune system.
The formula also contains N-acetyl-L-carnitine and malic acid, alongside botanical extracts including ashwagandha. It is designed as a powder to be mixed into a drink. Suitable for vegan diets and free from gluten, dairy, and soy.

very poor quality

they are a peice of garbage, within about a month since i started wearing them the outer material started pealing off within two months the upper separated from the soles so i had to go to a shoemaker to sew them back together, within some few months the insoles completely wore out rendering the shoes unwearable, now mind you that i do not abuse shoes but use them in a normal office oriented enviorment, i will for sure not be buying these shoes again
