Through a four-stage heat-treating process, all diaphragms are fortified for unparalleled performance. Precision cover stampings on ACT pressure plates ensure rigidity and consistency. The Performance street discs, highly favored among customers, feature premium organic materials with elevated copper content for superior heat transfer. Moreover, their steel-backed lining provides greater burst strength and durability. These discs are characterized by reduced marcel for expedited shift action, perfectly complementing ACT pressure plates. The incorporation of Monoloc, a one-piece, direct replacement or upgrade to standard collars, ensures optimal performance by providing uniform loading on the bearing and pressure plate. Its hardened chrome-moly steel construction guarantees longevity and reliability.
