「るみ子の酒(Rumiko no Sake)」在1992年、由日本酒漫畫「夏子の酒」的作者尾瀬Akira先生命名以及他親自設計標籤。契機是森喜留美子小姐看完他的漫畫把寄感想文寄給他、才決定幫他們設計。
以造好酒前先造好米為宗旨、自家培植無農藥山田錦、其他米種則是從種植方法比較再挑選適合的米種。香氣柔和、有著層次豐富的酸味、什麼溫度也十分適合。
