   Our signature olive oil, made in collaboration with Spanish producers OMED, this tin of Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil brings the freshest harvest straight to your kitchen. With its medium green fruitiness, hints of fresh herbs, and complex flavour profile, it’s the embodiment of Wind Shore's dedication to quality and taste.

2. Handmade Espresso Cups
   Crafted by ceramist Rosemarie Durr, these hand-thrown espresso cups are a celebration of Irish craftsmanship. Each piece is unique, offering a tactile experience of stonewashed hues and delicate textures. This is an exclusive short run made in collaboration with Rosemarie.

3. Cloud Picker Coffee Beans
   Roasted in Dublin, Cloud Picker Coffee has beans down to a fine art. They blend quality and honesty like baristas mix lattes... flawlessly. Recently, Wind Shore joined forces with these coffee connoisseurs to whip up a 250g box signature blend to complement our new espresso cups and this delightful fusion is sure to add an extra bounce to your day!

4. Highbank Orchard Cider Vinegar
   A 500ml bottle of Highbank Orchard’s organic cider vinegar, perfect for those who appreciate quality ingredients in their everyday cooking. Made in Kilkenny, this is a staple for any well-stocked pantry and an essential Irish ingredient.

5. Sea Salt from West Of Dingle Sea Salt
   A small jar of hand-harvested sea salt from the Dingle Peninsula, this finishing salt adds a touch of the Atlantic’s purity to your dishes, making it the perfect companion to our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

   The Wind Shore Launch Box arrives in a sleek, flat cardboard box with a signature Wind Shore label sticker. Each box is accompanied with details of its contents and our warm welcome.

7. Wind Shore Print x Maree Hensey
   As part of Wind Shore's soft launch collection we have collaborated with Irish artist Maree Hensey. Maree's artwork reflects her deeply immersive and meditative process. Her print, rich in texture and layers, evokes the unpredictable and fragile nature of the world around us, mirroring the uncertainties of climate change. Created with ink and water, this piece embodies a sense of letting go, allowing natural forces to shape the outcome. Through her work, Maree invites viewers to engage with the complexity of transformation, offering not answers but a space for contemplation and reflection. This is an archival pigment print on Hahnemühle fine art fibre based matt paper.
