Then, it binds with IL-15 bound to precoated antibody. Add HRP-Streptavidin(HRP-SA) and Biotin system (BS). After incubation, wash unbound conjugate with wash buffer. TMB substrate is obtained by amplifying signal twice and used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. Wash unbound components and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader.
