3 LAYERS OF MATERIAL
Tuffy® Ocean™ toys are made with UP TO 3 layers.

1 layer soft fleece on the outside.
1 to 2 layers of industrial grade luggage material on the inside.
1 layer of plastic coating on the inside.


SEWN MULTIPLE TIMES
All of the toy layers are sewn together to make one super strong layer of material.
Each toy is sewn together with 2 rows of cross stitching and 2 rows of linear stitching.
Some toys have an additional piece of black trim which protects the edging and makes the toy even stronger.

SQUEAKER SAFETY
The squeakers are attached to the toy with protective pouches. This feature provides a safe window to remove the toy from your pet should it reach the core.

REMOVE LOOSE THREADS
Over time your pet may begin to wear down the different layers of the toy, and may loosen or remove pieces. This is normal. Remove loose threads to avoid ingestion. If your pet reaches the white stuffed core of the toy discard immediately.

Fine Simple Product, Works as Advertised

Performs as advertised, a simple upright divider. I use it to mark my "office" space when working from home. Assembly was straightforward and well documented. One person can do it, but a second person can be helpful when sliding the fabric divider pieces onto their poles. Part quality is fine for the price point. The only mild annoyance is that the upright poles can start getting loose from the metal feet, and need to be retightened occasionally (Allen wrench is included, keep it handy for retightening). It's fairly lightweight and easy to reposition, but the feet are heavy enough to keep it steady once placed. All in all, a good product. I was pleased enough to buy a second one when my son wanted something to block sunlight from behind his computer desk.

Wobbly and Poor Design

Update: nope! Not worth the money. My cat simply brushed against the divider, and it fell, knocking breakable things over. Not safe! It serves it's purpose, but...the screws were basically glued to the packaging. It took me longer to get the screws out of the packaging than it did to put it together. The assembly was easy. I am not mechanically inclined by any means, but the instructions, despite being very hard to read (I have over 40 eyes), were pretty simple. Structurally, it is very wobbly. I think they should have designed it with a middle rod to keep it more stable. I find that the attachments to the rods are wobbly and should have been screwed rather than popped into an attachment hole without reinforcement. That would have also made the room divider more stable. I have cats, but the material is easy to clean. I took a damp cloth to it, and it came right off. As far as see-through...I think it does a great job of masking theO other side of the room.. I just wish it was a little longer and closer to the floor stand. I like that it came with extra parts. It's just a very cheaply made item, and I don't think the price for the item reflects how cheaply it is made, how wobbly and unstable it is, or the poor design.

This partition package is a great value. I looked at many options and this one had long length to cover an entire room with the six partitions. It does the job but if you wanted complete privacy you would need thicker material. Overall it does what I need in that it make a TV room into a kind of guest room of sorts.
