Organic Honeybush Tea

Organic Honeybush Tea is grown in the Langkloof Mountains of the Eastern Cape of South Africa. Our Organic Honeybush Tea will delight your senses with natural sweetness and a honey-like taste.

Botanists first cataloged the bush from the Dutch East India trading company in 1652. When they discovered African tribes in the region drinking the tea, for instance, they investigated. Honeybush is no longer a secret and international consumption is growing rapidly.

We are the biggest fans of this fantastic tea and, similarly, Chocolate Honeybush. Local Tea Company wants to keep these two teas to ourselves, but they are too good not to share.

The only thing in common with black tea is the processing: harvest, cut, oxidize, and dry. The bits turn from green to dark brown while developing sweet aromatic qualities.

Honeybush is high in antioxidants and naturally caffeine-free. The brewed tea is ideal for nighttime consumption. It also contains Pinitol, which is a modified sugar said to help lower blood sugar levels.

A spot of honey will enhance the natural character but is not necessary.

This tea is best served hot. 20 to 25 cups of tea can be made from 2 oz of loose-leaf tea. We suggest steeping all of our Honeybush teas multiple times for even more cups of great tea.

Brewing Instructions for Organic Honeybush Tea

Prepared like tea, Organic Honeybush Tea contains no tea leaves, and is caffeine-free.

Use boiling water, infusions can be steeped up to 10 minutes depending on personal preferences. All teas are sold in 2oz packets from which 20-25 cups of tea can be brewed unless otherwise noted. Also available in a 6oz packet.

Store in a dry place.

My Doxie’s Absolute Favorite Fetch Toy – Who Knew Baby Balls Could Be So Paw-some? I bought these colorful baby balls as a simple toy for my little one, but my furry bay claimed them as his own from day one! These small, bouncy balls are perfect for little dogs – they’re lightweight and easy to grip in his mouth, keeping him entertained for hours. No squeakers or stuffing to destroy, just pure, durable fun. If your pup loves a good game of fetch or just batting things around, these “baby” balls are a steal. Highly recommend!

Best Dog Ball!!
Style: Ultra, Size: Small (2 Pack), Style: Ultra, Size: Small (2 Pack)
Our pug has been obsessed with this ball since we gave it to her — she even slept with it. Somehow it’s still in one piece, which never happens. Easily the best dog ball we’ve bought.

Difficult to destroy. Bounce really high.
Style: Squeaker, Size: Small (2 Pack)
Bought as a gift for a friend's small dog who dismantles tennis balls. He loves them. I have many years of experience with the product (in a larger size) for my big dog. He always had one either in his mouth or near him. They are pretty much indestructible.

High quality, wish it was just a little smaller
Style: Squeaker, Size: Small (2 Pack)
Love these. My dogs would play ball all day if I let them. These are very durable and bouncy. Love that it’s washable. They would chew up the small “tennis” balls to pieces so I love that they can’t destroy these. My only criticism is I wish these were just a little smaller (like the size of the small Kong tennis balls). My dogs can carry it in their tiny mouths but they can’t get their mouth around it enough to chew it to get the squeaker to squeak, which is their favorite thing.
