The Musical Mushroom Whisperer Kit is the perfect companion to your existing Musical Mushrooms! Wirelessly control up to 8 Mushrooms from a central location. No more accidentally triggered bowls during events! It also features a USB to wireless MIDI interface to control bowls via computer software.
The way sound healing instruments such as singing bowls and gongs have been played has remained mostly unchanged for thousands of years. The Musical Mushroom welcomes you to the digital era with new patent pending technology that can be harnessed to enhance these time-honored instruments while preserving their traditional essence.
The Musical Mushroom enables controlling a traditional singing bowl or similar resonant instrument electronically using a small removable exciter coil glued to the inside surface of the bowl. This new approach replaces the use of the traditional mallet.
It is designed to work with crystal singing bowls. Metal signing bowls are not recommended because of their non-uniform surfaces that are difficult to mount to and more complex harmonics.
