Suggestion for Multigrain Health Mix /Sathu Maavu preparation:
Multi Grain Health Mix/ Sathu Maavu Kanji or Sathu Maavu Koozh is a very
healthy option for breakfast. When you have your batch of homemade Sattu
Maavu powder readily available then making this porridge takes no time, have
it for breakfast and it keeps you full till lunchtime that you wouldn’t search for
any snacks in between. Make it as koozh to an even more thick spoon able
consistency or as a runny kanji consistency as I’ve shown in the pics as per
your preference.
- Add 2/3 tablespoon Sathu Maavu in 200ml butter milk or hot /cold milk with a pinch of salt or sugar accordingly and mix well with a hand blender and enjoy the Nutritious Kanji (Porridge)
- Add 2/3 tablespoon of Sattu Maavu in about 300ml water and cook on a medium flame for about 10 minutes. Cut fruit /vegetable of choice can be added to make the Sattu Maavu tastier. Curd can also be added depending on the individual's taste and imagination.

And alternative to floride toothpaste.

I've been using this alternative toothpaste for a couple months now. It's expensive compared to regular toothpaste, but some suggest that it's healthier for your teeth. Nano hydroxyapatite is supposedly the same molecule that our teeth are made of. So perhaps it may be better for hardening teeth than fluoride. Of course, I can tell if it is doing that or not. Do your own research.
It's a bit more fluid than standard paste, so it sits more flat on the toothbrush. I've discovered that if it dribbles from your mouth onto your shirt, it leaves a white stain on the fabric! So don't use it while wearing your good work shirt. The taste is more mild than the usual minty toothpaste. Not bad at all. At my next dental exam we'll see if it's cleaning my teeth effectively.
