A rugged refrigerated chef base that keeps pans chilled and cooking equipment supported on a heavy-duty stainless-steel platform.
- Two-section refrigerated chef base with 4 drawers for convenient cold storage at the line.
- Each drawer accommodates (2) 12" x 20" x 6" pans; optional divider bars support smaller pan sizes.
- Heavy-duty stainless steel construction with an insulated cabinet and drawer system.
- Solid-state digital controller includes temperature alarms and an LED display.
- Self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a right-side condenser.
