Andy Crespo has been the go-to bass player for sub-underground locals since time immemorial. Whether recording with mysterious free jazz units such as Gross, or the original Barn Owl (the trio with Matt Weston and Chris Cooper), or playing with one of the countless live bands he's been in, Crespo is a commandingly smoky, mysterious, and powerful presence. Feeding Tube is tickled pink to present Crespo's first solo vinyl - two side-long excursions of bass-generated sounds that'll roam your interior fields like a cloud of bees searching for nico-nectar. Considering Crespo's personal collecting policies, it's crazy that he conjured up such a berserk set of splattered electronics/strings/feedback, but the proof is in the pudding. And this pudding blazes. Maybe the best way to think of it is to imagine a large man's dream of what Billy Mure's Supersonic Guitars LPs might sound like if they were given a truly post-modern twist. That is some deep space, baby. As startling in it's way as Barre Phillips's Unaccompanied Barre (aka Journal Violone aka Basse Barre) must have been back in '69. So give the artist a cigarette. Works very well, and good-looking

This is attractive and sturdy, and tall enough that my cat cannot get over it as long as there is no furniture nearby that she can launch herself from, which is why I got it. The bamboo is tightly woven, she can't get her nails into it. I installed some brass drawer pulls in strategic places so I can grab them to move the folding screens in different positions, depending on where I don't want my cat to go. So it gets moved around, dragged around, constantly and still looks in mint condition after almost 3 years of constant use. I highly recommend. The lightest version is very attractive.

Stands well on high-pile carpet

Great product! Stands up sturdy on my high-pile carpet. Not too heavy, not too light. It comes pre-assembled in a MASSIVE box, so just be aware. The condition was great, minus one spot that looks like the fabric weave was stained. Not noticeable. Kindof a pain to adjust, but that's not necessarily the fault of the product. Just a finnicky thing to get "just right."

Sturdy, Easy to Use, and Great for Privacy

The fabric provides great privacy and blocks light much better than expected. I also love how lightweight and foldable it is, making it easy to move around or store when not in use. Assembly was simple and only took a short time with the included instructions. Overall, it looks great, feels high quality, and works perfectly for creating a private space at home. Highly recommend!
