The TE37 is the flag ship model for all of Rays wheels line up. To further improve the TE37, Rays has introduced the TE37 Super Lap edition that offers a slightly lighter design, yet still offers the same strength and durability of the original TE37 and its stoic design appeal.
The TE37SL is a forged 1-piece wheel using the latest technology and is strictly catered to the racer community. According to Rays, on a 18×10.5 sized wheel, the weight of the TE37 SL has been reduced by 400grams when compared to the original TE37. They accomplished this by shaving down certain areas of the wheels, primarily near the back of the spokes and center. Through special mold form tooling technology, they were able to maintain the strength and rigidity.
