Integrated MV Twin-Shaft Mixer
- Two-speed gear motor (High 46 rpm / 120 rpm, Low 23 rpm / 60 rpm) matched to 30-gal capacity.

- Secondary counter-rotating beater breaks up lumps and speeds heat transfer.
- Removable, dishwasher-safe nylon scraper blades continuously clean the entire heated surface.
- Bayonet-mount agitators release in seconds for cleaning or when an unobstructed kettle is desired.
- Actuator-assisted bridge lift with positive rim-lock keeps the mixer perfectly aligned and secure.
