The evolution of the proven Clutch freecoaster hub continues. The Clutch Pro comes built with an all-new bearing equipped drag mechanism for smooth backpedaling and fast crankflips. Based on direct feedback from Odyssey team riders, the Clutch Pro also features all-new plastic guard designs. The drive side guard provides maximum coverage to the chain and spokes while eliminating the need to spread the frame’s dropouts during installation, which can be detrimental to the frame's integrity. On the hub’s non-drive side, the guard makes use of a new shape for improved spoke coverage and durability. To adjust the hub’s slack, a new tool-free external button engages with an internally threaded adjuster, then simply rotating the wheel forward or backward increases or decreases the slack as needed. One of the best books on shame out there
Format: Paperback
As a shame researcher and educator, I often refer to DeYoung's book because it is so full of resources and relational tools for clinicians and individuals relating to the neurobiology of shame. It is a very small book with A LOT of information. Many references to the shame research and suggestions for treating shame in clinical practice from a perspective of right brain relationship dynamics. Thank you Patricia!

Thorough, clear, enlightening, and inspiring - not often achieved in academia
Format: Paperback
This is an extraordinarily well-researched manual. It presents for the reader a Catholic-Christian perspective on psychology/mental health which is faithful to the magisterial teachings of the Church and the Christian tradition. So much good will come to the clinician/professor/pastoral leader/student/generally-concerned-citizen who engages thoughtfully with the CCMMP. More to the point, those whom they serve will reap the real harvest. This could be one of the most important books written in this century. Yes. Bold claim. Bolder still and brighter yet the vision of the human person elucidated in this volume. "The glory of God is a human person fully alive" (St. Irenaeus of Lyon) The CCMMP sheds light for the reader to catch that vision of God's image (the human person) in a world so dimmed by confusion. Read this book. Or pick put some chapters that are of particular interest to you and go through those.
You'll be glad you did.
