Built for high-volume prep stations, this refrigerated prep table combines durable stainless steel construction, flexible door-and-drawer storage, and an included pan package in one mobile unit.
- Three-section sandwich/salad prep table with 2 solid hinged doors, 2 drawers, and 4 adjustable wire shelves.
- Rear-mounted, self-contained forced-air refrigeration with R134A refrigerant holds food-safe temperatures from 33°F to 41°F.
- Includes 30 clear 1/6-size polycarbonate insert pans plus an 8-inch deep removable white polyethylene cutting board.
- Stainless steel exterior with aluminum interior and stainless steel floor is built for demanding commercial prep use.
- Drawers accept 12 x 20 x 6 Inches pans and alternate smaller pan configurations using divider bars.
- 2-1/2-inch castors with front locks improve mobility, and the unit is ready for a 115V final connection with cord and plug included.
