A shockproof construction with dedicated mounting brackets keeps each battery firmly in place, resisting vibration and impacts from potholes, washboard roads and uneven tracks. The housing carries an IP67 protection rating, keeping dust and water out so the pack can ride in under-seat compartments, exterior storage bays and utility spaces without needing a climate-controlled environment.

Instead of a simple on/off safety cutoff, Pro S1 batteries use a multi-level battery management system combined with Intelligent Power Armor (IPA) technology.
The BMS:
- Watches for over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage, short circuits and thermal issues
- Applies graduated protections depending on the severity of the risk instead of just killing power at the first hint of trouble
- Helps keep your battery safe and your appliances running steadily when conditions are still within safe limits
Communication is built in, with Bluetooth and CAN support for integration with compatible monitors and systems. You also get 1.6x longer Bluetooth range and OTA (over-the-air) firmware updates, so protection logic can be improved over time without pulling the battery.
