CheckUp is ideal for regular monitoring of pets with chronic conditions as required by a vet, or simply to check up in between annual visits to ensure your dog is healthy year round. Checking is caring, so CheckUp!Instructions: Simply screw the ring into the end of the telescopic pole. Place the cup inside the ring at the end of the pole Catch up sample of urine in the cup while your dog is urinating. Seal the cup with the lid and bring home to test Using the pipette, fill the vial to 3/4 capacity. Dip the testing strip for 2 seconds, and read results according to instructions on the card included in the kit. We recommend having a clock on hand and a pen, so you can circle the color present at exactly 30 and 60 seconds respectively for each parameter.

Doesn’t work properly
The mount part was great, but I couldn’t get the charger to work. Had it replaced and it still didn’t work. Disappointing because otherwise it was great. I still use it as a mount and use a cord to charge.

An amazing charger for the car that is super fast with just contact
This wireless charger mount charges much faster than my old wireless charger and now helps me keep my phone charged throughout the day just from my commute. The mount works well in my Ford Lightning display which is similar to the Tesla as well. The ability to charge at 25W really makes it faster than even plugging it in directly with a cable. This is very helpful for quick access and making sure it is always charging.
The magnet is quite strong and I have no concerns of the phone falling off at all. The maneuverability of the mount is quite robust and allows the phone to sit at whatever angle you want it to. You can adjust to the side of the monitor, all the way to the top as well with articulation for fine tuning the angle on the z axis.
The phone charges about 15-20% during my 15 minute commute which is huge to keep the charge up before and after work.
