The damping performance is easily adjustable across a wide range of rebound and compression, resulting in significant changes to the ride performance of your vehicle, enabling a custom tune to suit the conditions and vehicle set up. The body, reservoir and components are all made from 6061 T6 aluminum, Type 3 40 micron hard anodized ensuring exceptional heat dissipation, corrosion resistance and resistance to stone damage. I Gambled - Works So Far after 2 Months
I used this as a replacement starter for a 2008 CRV. Quick answer, it works so far and sounds fine. It replaced a fairly newly rebuilt OEM starter - "factory rebuilt in the USA" - so much for them- very dissapoiinting. When I looked for replacement EVERY starter I looked at locally had horrible reviews online with consistency issues - some worked, some didn't. I figured, if that's the case, buy the cheapest one. So far this Boatrip is the real deal - beautifully machined and went in just like the original. I went ahead and took off the intake manifold - it was a huge job for me. I ended up tearing my throttle body gasket and didn't replace it. Now I have a fast idle check engine light. So, I'll need to take that part apart and replace the gasket. I guess it's sucking air and throwing off the idle speed. otherwise, the YouTube videos really helped on the repair. I hope I don't have to do it again. Good luck!
