This 360-degree radial flow air filter features a 5" flange and our pre-oiled Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance. It provides your engine with the largest amount of high-flowing air and delivers the highest power gains in most cases. This media is perfect for street use. Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals. The filter features an injection molded base and top for lighter weight and rigidity. Its base includes a built-in 3-angle velocity stack for smooth, even airflow and captive screws to easily attach the filter to the housing. Quantum uses an integrated filter-to-housing design that attaches both components with four captive screws, making for a positive surface area seal, as well as easy installation and maintenance. Its durable sealed housing features a unique, five rib, industrial-grade look for aFe quality recognition. Quantum uses a dyno-tuned, computer designed intake tube to achieve optimum air flow and a perfect fit. Its XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) polymer material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable. This Quantum intake system includes a flexible bellows-style coupling and a durable reinforced silicone coupling. Quantum intakes are designed with fewer parts for a quick and easy installation. Did not fit right out of box. Had to trim with scissors.

Good value. A little flimsy but pretty much what I expected. My only real complaint is that out of the box it did not drop right in to my Honda Odyssey. I had to trim the tabs on one end with scissors for it to fit in to the filter housing.
