Beef Protein Blend (77%) (hydrolyzed protein, L-Glutamine, L-Arginine), reduced fat cocoa powder, flavor enhancer (glycine and its sodium salt), flavors, maltodextrin, emulsifier (lecithin (soy))), thickeners (cellulose gum, carrageenan), creaming mix [coconut fat, maltodextrin, vegetable protein, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide)], salt, sweetener (sucralose).
Suggested use:
Mix 1 serving of (30 g = 1 scoop = 2 heaping tablespoons of) powder with 250 ml of water in a shaker. On training days, drink at least two servings per day; the first 45 minutes after training and the second serving between two meals. On rest days, drink one serving in the morning and one in the evening.
