MagnaFlow California Grade CARB Compliant Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter 334283 helps keep the check engine light off. DIY installation is easy with the proper tools (no cutting or welding required). With features including mandrel-bent tubing to eliminate flow restrictions and stainless steel construction to resist corrosion, you can have confidence in the quality of this catalytic converter. Using state-of-the-art 3D scanning systems in the design process, the MagnaFlow metrology department ensures this new part to fit and function like the original equipment. This direct-fit catalytic converter is designed to fit the 1984-1987 Dodge Caravan, 1984-1987 Plymouth Voyager, and additional vehicles. Avoid potential exhaust leaks by using the included gaskets to get a proper seal. This replacement part is designed to meet or exceed California Air Resource Board requirements, and has undergone additional testing to be certified by CARB for legal use in CA/CARB restricted states for the listed vehicles.

I’ve been using this stuff for a number of years for a number of vehicles now and it works every time. It’s especially great with those small annoying leaks where you just lose a couple pounds every few days so you have to keep adding air like once a week. It totally seals it. The bottle says to only rely on it for 300 to 500 miles and then get a proper fix. However, I have not found this to be the case. The seal holds for the rest of the life of my tire every time I’ve used it. My only complaint is that I wish it was a little cheaper, but you can seal up 2 tires (use only half the can per tire - you can probably even get away with using less). There is a garage not far from me that fixes leaking tires for $10, which is the same price as this product so not really saving any money by using it. It’s more just a matter of convenience. Just make sure you get this “thru-core” one. They have other ones as well so it can get confusing, but the one you’d want for situations like I’ve described above (small to medium leak in a typical passenger vehicle) is this “thru-core” one.

Okay, I recently picked up this 58-in-1 tire repair kit, and I'm really glad I did.
